Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 0.125 l milk
- 2 Eggs
- salt (pepper)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g smoked pork bacon
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 stalk leek
- butterfat (for frying)
- parsley
Instructions

Whisk the batter ingredients well with a hand mixer and let rest covered for 15 minutes.

Slice the bacon into fine strips.

Wash, trim, and cut the white and light green parts of the leek into rings.

Briefly fry half the bacon and half the leeks in 1 tbsp butterfat, pour half the batter over them, bake until golden brown, flip with a large lid using assistance, finish baking, keep warm.

Bake a second pancake with the remaining ingredients.
