Layered Cabbage with Ground Beef

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 700 g pointed cabbage
- 600 g waxy potatoes
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 300 g beef mince
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder (alternatively: hot paprika powder)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 0.5 bunch Parsley (10 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash, halve the pointed cabbage lengthwise and remove the core. Slice lengthwise into thick pieces, then cut into strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks.

Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté the onion over medium heat for 2 minutes, then add the mince and cook for about 3 minutes. Add tomato paste and spices, stirring well.

Add cabbage and potatoes, pour in broth and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile wash parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Season the layered cabbage with ground beef with salt and pepper and distribute onto four deep plates. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
