Ingredients
- 1 Shallot
- 20 g truffle
- 400 g pre‑cooked langostino (fresh)
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp grape seed oil
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the shallot. Clean and finely chop the truffle. Rinse the langostinos, pat dry, and cut into small pieces.

In a bowl combine the shallot, truffle, chives, lemon juice, and oil. Let sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to marinate.

Before serving fold in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates (optionally using a serving ring) and serve.
