Ingredients
- 0.5 cucumber
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 spring onions
- 2 stalks basil
- 2 stalks Parsley
- 120 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Salt

- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 g ground lamb
- a pinch chili powder

- breadcrumbs (as needed)
- 4 pita breads (about 10 cm diameter)

Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds and dice into small cubes. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, remove seeds and stem base, then dice into small cubes. Wash the spring onions, trim and slice into thin rings. Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into narrow strips. Crumble the feta and mix with cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, herbs and olive oil; season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Whisk the yogurt with sour cream and season with salt and pepper.

For the burgers, mince the garlic and press it into the ground lamb in a bowl; add chili powder, salt and pepper and knead. If needed, incorporate breadcrumbs. Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each into flat patties.

Place the patties on the grill and cook for 5-8 minutes, turning once. In the last 3 minutes, place the pita breads on the grill to lightly toast.

Spread a spoonful of yogurt sauce on each pita, top with one patty, and sprinkle cucumber cubes over it. Arrange on a plate and serve.
