Ingredients

  • 600 g lamb meat (pre-cut, from the shoulder)
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • ground cumin

Instructions

    Wash the meat, pat dry, remove excess sinews and cut into bite-sized cubes. Wash the peppers, halve them, deseed, and cut into bite-sized cubes.

    Peel the onions and roughly chop them. Wash the zucchini, halve it lengthwise, and slice into 1 cm thick rounds.

    Thread the meat, vegetables, and onions alternately onto skewers, brush with oil, and season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Sear the skewers in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Arrange on a platter and serve.
