- 12 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp chopped thyme
- 2 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 8 garlic cloves
- 8 olives
- 4 juniper berries
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Make a marinade with thyme, rosemary, chopped garlic, olives, crushed juniper berries, lemon zest, paprika, 2 tbsp water and olive oil; marinate the lamb chops for 24 hours. Then sear the chops in a pan about 5 minutes per side until crispy, keeping them warm. Deglaze the pan with some of the remaining marinade, season with salt and pepper.
