Ingredients
- 1 l vodka
- 700 g honey
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 untreated lemon (4 slices)
- 1 untreated orange (4 slices)
- 1 pinch cinnamon

Warm ¼ l of vodka in a pot, stirring constantly add the honey until it dissolves. Gradually pour in the remaining vodka, but do not boil. Add the spices, lemon and orange slices, and vanilla sugar.

Pour in the rest of the vodka and let steep for about 2 hours with the lid closed. Then transfer the liquid with all ingredients into a bottle, store in a dark place for 7–10 days. Filter the liqueur and pour it into cleaned bottles.
