Ingredients
- 800 g kiwi
- 1 untreated lime
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 4 scoops lemon sorbet

Peel and quarter the kiwis. Wash the lime hot, dry it, and peel it. Slice the lime zest into thin strips. Juice the lime.

Blend the kiwis with the lime juice and powdered sugar in a blender. Pour into glasses, top with lemon sorbet, and garnish with lime zest.
