The Kiwi Lollies from Spoonsparrow are made in a flash and make for a healthy and tasty snack for kids.
Ingredients
- 4 kiwis
- 150 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (15 g)
Instructions

Peel the kiwis, slice them into about 3 mm thick rounds and skewer each slice onto a bamboo stick.

Melt the chocolate over a double boiler and stir in the heavy cream until smooth.

Dip the kiwi lollies halfway into the chocolate mixture and place them on parchment paper to cool. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chocolate before it sets. Store the lollies chilled until serving.
