Ingredients
- 800 g kidney beans (canned)
- 2 onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 ml beef broth
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 0.5 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Salt

Drain the beans in a sieve. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a pot, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent while stirring.

Add the beans and broth, season with cumin, coriander, and cayenne, taste with salt. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
