Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- Pepper
- chili flakes
- Cinnamon
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 150 g cold whipped cream
Instructions

Melt the butter in a hot pot, sauté pepper and chili flakes over low heat for 2–3 minutes. Add cinnamon and cocoa, then deglaze with coconut milk and 250 ml water.

Whisk with a whisk and bring the cocoa to a boil once.

Beat the whipped cream with an electric mixer until stiff.

Divide the cocoa among four cups and garnish with whipped cream.
