Ingredients
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp butter
- 600 ml Vegetable Broth
- Salt
- 250 ml milk
- 2 slices toast bread
- 3 tbsp butter
- nutmeg

Peel and dice the potatoes and onions. Sauté together in hot butter until colorless. Deglaze with broth, season with salt, cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the milk and blend everything finely.

Remove the toast bread of its crusts, cut into small cubes and fry in hot butter until golden brown. Distribute the soup into bowls and top with the browned bread cubes. Serve seasoned with nutmeg.
