Ingredients
- 1.5 kg lamb chops (pre‑cooked)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 6 onions
- 4 Carrots
- 800 ml lamb stock
- 400 g Potatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Peel onions, potatoes and carrots. Quarter the onions. Slice carrots and potatoes into rounds.

Season lamb chops with salt and pepper and sear them briefly on both sides in hot oil.

Layer the vegetables and a layer of meat alternately in a pot, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper, and sprinkle thyme over the top. Pour in stock and bring to a boil covered. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1½ hours. Taste and serve sprinkled with chives.
