- 500 g beef fillet
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 2 tsp Paprika powder
- spice mix (1 tsp ground cumin, nutmeg, coriander, black pepper, paprika powder)
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g yogurt

- Pepper
- Lemon juice
Instructions

1.
Wash the beef fillet, pat dry, remove fat and tendons, and cut into ~5 mm thick strips.

2.
Peel the garlic. Whisk the yogurt with oil and spice mix for the marinade; press in the garlic cloves using a press. Coat the beef strips generously, seal the bowl with foil, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

For the dip, toast sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove and add olive oil to the yogurt. Mix well and season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
-
4.
Skewer the beef and preheat the grill. Place a sheet of foil on the grill grate, lay the skewers on it, and grill for 8–10 minutes, brushing with marinade midway. Serve the grilled skewers with the dip.
