Hormone Balancing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 200 g sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 50 g quinoa
  • 1 handful baby spinach
  • 0.3 yellow bell pepper
  • 0.5 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

    Peel, clean and cut sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, paprika, cumin, turmeric, and salt. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for 25–30 minutes.

    Rinse quinoa in a sieve and cook according to package instructions. Wash baby spinach, dry, and fold into the quinoa during the last 3 minutes of cooking.

    Clean, wash, and dice the bell pepper. Pit, peel, and slice the avocado.

    Arrange all prepared ingredients on a plate, sprinkle pumpkin seeds over them, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve the hormone-balancing bowl.
