Ingredients
- 1 chicken (pre‑cooked)
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 fresh chili peppers
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oil (40 ml each)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt
- Pepper

Peel the onions and garlic. Dice the onions finely, press the garlic through a press. Slice the chili peppers open, remove the seeds and finely chop them. Mix onions, garlic, chili with honey, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and spices; marinate the chicken overnight in this mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan‑forced 160 °C, gas: level 2–3). Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 35 minutes.
