Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 tbsp black tea
- 1 Vanilla bean
- juice of one lemon
- 4 sticks brown rock sugar

Steep the hibiscus flowers in 1.5 l boiling water, add the extracted vanilla and the vanilla bean, cover and let steep for 20 minutes; after 16 minutes add the black tea.

Strain through a fine sieve, add lemon juice and sweeten with brown rock sugar. Serve hot or chilled.
