Ingredients
- 200 g Raspberries
- 200 g small strawberries
- 200 ml raspberry syrup
- juice of one lemon
- 20 g fruit tea
- 500 ml cold sparkling mineral water
Instructions

Brew the fruit tea with 750 ml boiling water and steep for 10 minutes, then strain and cool.

Wash, clean, and trim the berries.

Mix raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and brewed fruit tea, then refrigerate for about 2 hours.

For serving, pour into a glass pitcher and top with cold sparkling mineral water. Add the berries as garnish.
