Ingredients

  • 120 g soft butter
  • 15 tbsp yeast flakes (Reformhaus, organic store)
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp seasoned vegetable broth (add more if needed)
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • 1 salad cucumber (organic)
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

    Whisk the butter with yeast flakes, sour cream, broth and herbs into a smooth paste. Season with pepper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the spread.

    Wash the cucumber, peel into strips and slice thinly. Arrange the cucumber slices on plates with the spread and garnish with parsley before serving.
