Ingredients
- 200 g gourmet mushroom cheese
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- pepper (ground)
- 4 Carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 2 kohlrabi
- 2 Celery stalks

Crush the cheese with crème fraîche and cream using a fork. Season with pepper and thyme.

Wash, peel, and trim the vegetables. Slice cucumber lengthwise, remove seeds, and cut all veggies into ~8 cm sticks. Serve chilled with the cheese dip.
