Ingredients

  • 400 ml whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp cold‑pressed olive oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt
  • freshly grated nutmeg
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

    Mix the yogurt with the herbs, lemon juice and oil, then blend finely in a blender. Season with salt, nutmeg and pepper.

    Fill tall glasses, garnish with a little parsley, and serve cold.
