Ingredients
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- 200 ml grape seed oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 300 ml cold-pressed olive oil
- 10 small red chili peppers (fresh or dried)
- 300 ml olive oil
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 200 ml cold-pressed rapeseed oil

Preparation for all oils:

Wash the herbs or chilies, shake dry and let them fully air-dry if needed (moisture spoils the oil!). Place the herbs or chilies in a clean bottle. Heat half of each oil separately and top up with cold oil. Seal the bottles well and let the oils infuse for at least 1–2 weeks before use.
