Ingredients
- 600 g lamb fillet
- 10 g mixed herbs (0.5 bunch; e.g., parsley, mint, rosemary)
- 15 g ginger (1 piece)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 20 g Sesame seeds (2 tbsp)
- 3 tbsp germ oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
Instructions

Rinse lamb fillet under cold water, pat dry and cut into thin strips.

Wash herbs, pat dry and chop. Peel ginger, garlic, and onion.

Grate ginger finely, slice garlic thinly, and cut onion into fine strips. Mix with meat, sesame seeds, herbs, oil, and soy sauce; let marinate for 1 hour.

Drain the marinade. Fry portions of meat in a hot wok for about 1 minute each. Then add all meat to the wok and cook for about 4 minutes. Season with oyster sauce.
