Ingredients
- 80 g double cream cream cheese
- 20 g black olives (pitted)
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped sage
- 1 tbsp butter

Preheat the oven to 220°C on top heating.

Dice the cheese. Slice the olives into rounds.

Whisk the eggs with the cream and sage. Melt the butter in an oven‑proof pan. Pour in the egg mixture, season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with diced cheese and olives. Let set for about 1–2 minutes, then bake on the upper rack for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
