Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 stalk lovage
- 100 g Soft Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel, clean the corn cobs and parboil them in plenty of boiling water for about 25 minutes.

Meanwhile wash the herbs, shake dry, pluck and chop. Mix with the soft butter. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat a grill. Drain the corn cobs and place them on a preheated grill pan. Grill for 10–15 minutes turning occasionally and brush with herb butter during the last part of grilling.
