Ingredients

  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 5 sage leaves
  • 10 chamomile flowers
  • 1 peel of untreated lemon
  • 400 g sugar
  • 400 ml water
  • 0.75 l wine spirit

Instructions

    Fill a wide-bowled carafe with all ingredients and top up with wine spirit.

    Let the infusion rest for 3 weeks in a sunny, warm spot. Boil the sugar with water into a syrup and mix it into the liqueur after the maturation period.

    Allow the mixture to steep for an additional 2 weeks, then filter through a cotton cloth. Transfer to a clean bottle and let rest for one month.
