Ingredients
- 1 kg pork ham roast (cured)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp ground ginger
- a pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 200 ml meat stock
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat. Wash the meat, pat dry, and tie as needed.

Stir together honey, lemon juice, ginger, and cayenne pepper to make a glaze.

Heat oil in a roasting pan and sear the meat all around until browned.

Pour in the meat stock and brush the roast with some glaze.

Place the pan in the preheated oven and roast for about 90 minutes, glazing repeatedly. Remove the roast from the pan, slice thinly, and arrange on a wooden board to serve.
