- 1 chicken (about 1.2 kg)
- 4 rolls (from yesterday)
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- oil for frying

Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut in half. Remove the skin. Beat eggs with salt, pepper and paprika. Grate the rolls finely. Spread eggs, flour and breadcrumbs on plates. Coat the chicken halves first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil (about 170°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Serve on fresh parsley with lemon wedges if desired.
