Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g green grain groats
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 0.5 handful parsley
- 200 g spicy ajvar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Whole wheat breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 750 g spinach leaves
- 1 Organic lemon
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (15 g)
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds (15 g)
Instructions

Clean, wash and finely dice the bell pepper. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pot. Sauté the bell pepper along with half of the onion and garlic for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add the green grain groats and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool slightly.
