- 4 taco shells
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 EL oil
- 1 EL tomato paste
- a pinch chili
- 1 tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 EL cheese (grated)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- sour cream or sour cream dip (ready-made)
- spring onions

Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Brown the ground beef in oil until crumbly. Add onion, garlic, and tomato paste; cook briefly. Add about 100-150 ml water and season with chili, salt, and pepper; let simmer slightly.

Meanwhile warm the taco shells in the oven and slice spring onions into fine rings for the sour cream. Mix them together, season with salt and pepper, divide into two bowls, and garnish with a few spring onion rings.

Wash, halve, core, and dice the tomato. Place lettuce leaves in the taco shells, pour the sauce over them, top with diced tomatoes and cheese, arrange on plates, serve with sour cream dip, and enjoy.
