Ingredients
- 400 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 EL oil
- 400 g ground beef
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 TL curry powder
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml orange juice
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 350 g forked spaghetti
- soy sauce
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Wash the pumpkin thoroughly and cut it into 2x2 cm cubes, leaving the skin on.

Heat oil in a pot and brown the ground beef until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the pumpkin and sauté for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle curry powder over the mixture and pour in vegetable broth, orange juice, and whipping cream. Bring to a boil, add the noodles, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
