Ground Beef Pizza with Fried Egg

Ingredients
- 0.5 cube yeast (about 21 g)
- 400 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- flour (for surface)
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 500 g mixed ground beef
- olive oil
- 1 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
- 1 tsp freshly chopped thyme
- 200 g passata tomato sauce
- pepper (ground)
- 150 g canned corn
- 3 tbsp pitted black olives
- 100 g freshly grated cheese (e.g., Gouda)
- 3 eggs

Dissolve the yeast in 200 ml lukewarm water. Mix flour with salt and sugar, place in a bowl, create a well in the center, pour in the yeast mixture and oil, then knead quickly by hand into a smooth dough. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F) with upper and lower heat.

Peel the onion and garlic. In a hot pan, crumble the ground beef with 2 tbsp oil, add the onion and garlic, stir in herbs and tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes off the heat, then fold in drained corn and olives.

Knead the dough again on a floured surface, roll into a rectangle (≈25x35 cm), place on parchment paper on a baking tray (30x40 cm). Spread the beef mixture over it, top with cheese, bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. After ~10 minutes, crack the eggs onto the pizza and continue cooking.
