Grilled Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 6 small white onions
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 8 champignons
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp dried herbs de Provence
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary

Instructions

    Wash the peppers, halve them, remove the seeds and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and halve the onions. Wash, clean and slice the zucchini into 1 cm thick slices. Clean and quarter the champignons.

    Thread the vegetables and mushrooms alternately onto long skewers. Brush with a little oil and season with salt, pepper and herbs. Wash, shake dry the rosemary and place it together with the vegetable skewers on the hot grill. Grill for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally, on all sides. Serve the grilled vegetable skewers immediately.
