Grilled Veal Liver

Spoonsparrow grilled veal liver is a delicious treat from the hot grill and is guaranteed to be well received.
Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp coriander
- 0.5 tsp Peppercorns
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 800 g veal liver (ready to cook)
- 2 oranges
- Sea salt

Crush the coriander, peppercorns and thyme finely in a mortar. Mix with the oil.

Rinse the liver, pat dry and cut into 8 thin slices. Peel the oranges thoroughly and slice them thickly. Brush the oranges and liver with the seasoned oil and grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes each until golden brown, brushing with oil midway. Sprinkle grilled veal liver with salt before serving, arrange on plates with orange slices and serve.
