Grilled Plaice Fillets with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces plaice fillets (about 100 g each)
  • salt (pepper)
  • 1 tbsp thyme (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • thyme
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 Red Onion
  • salt (pepper)
  • olive oil (for brushing)
  • 200 g wild rice blend

Instructions

    Cook the wild rice blend according to package instructions.

    Season the plaice fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice, sprinkle thyme over them and drizzle olive oil; let marinate for about 20 minutes.

    Wash, trim, halve, seed and remove white membranes from bell peppers, then slice into strips.

    Wash tomatoes and cut into slices.

  5. 5.

    Wash zucchini, trim and slice lengthwise.

    Peel onion and slice it.

    Grill the plaice fillets and vegetables over high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, brushing vegetables with oil and seasoning with salt and pepper as you go.
