Grilled T-Bone Steaks

Ingredients
- 1200 g T-Bone steak (2 T-Bone steaks)
- juice of one lemon
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml red wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 organic oranges
- 2 tbsp oil (and green peppercorns)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Wash the meat and pat dry. Mix oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; marinate the meat covered in the refrigerator for 24 hours, turning once. Take out 2 hours before grilling, let drain well, then sear over high heat on the grill, after which cook at a lower heat for 10‑15 minutes, turning occasionally. Let rest covered for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile filet the oranges, mix ketchup and mayonnaise. For serving slice the steaks into thin strips. Arrange with orange fillets, tomato‑mayonnaise, green peppercorns, and parsley.
