Ingredients

  • 4 T-Bone steaks
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 4 corn cobs
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Clean the corn and cook in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Drain well and season lightly with salt.

    Wash the steaks and season with salt and pepper. Grill them on a hot grill, searing well. When the pores close, reduce heat and finish to desired doneness (rare to well-done). Season with more salt, generous pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

    Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, brush with a little oil, and place on the grill as well. Lightly char the corn cobs on the grill too. Serve the steaks immediately with corn and peppers. A green salad pairs nicely.
