Grilled Stuffed Bell Peppers

Pure summer: grilled bell peppers from the grill with a wonderful roasted aroma. Cook again and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 red long bell peppers
  • ½ bunch parsley (≈10 g)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper, freshly ground
  • 200 g feta cheese (9% fat)

Instructions

    Wash the peppers, dry them, cut off the tops and remove the seeds. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pick the leaves and finely chop them. Mix the parsley with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then brush this mixture inside each pepper. Cut the feta into four pieces and place one piece in each pepper.

    Place the stuffed peppers on a grill over medium heat and grill about 8 minutes per side. Remove from the grill, arrange on plates, and serve.
