- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 untreated lime (juice)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 700 g shrimp (pre-cooked, peeled and deveined)
- 4 untreated limes (cut into wedges)

Preheat the grill.

Peel the garlic, wash the chili, halve it lengthwise, remove seeds, and finely chop with the garlic. Mix with lime juice and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.

Wash the shrimp, pat dry, toss with the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes. Thread onto wooden skewers and grill on a hot grill, turning occasionally, for 5-6 minutes. Arrange on a platter with lime wedges and serve.
