Grilled Shashlik Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g pork tenderloin
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 flat shallots
- Salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Soak the wooden skewers in water first.

Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash and chop into pieces. Peel the shallots.

Alternate threading meat and peppers onto four skewers, adding a shallot at each end. Season with salt and pepper and brush with oil. Grill over high heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown in about 10 minutes. Serve the grilled shashlik skewers.
