Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks (≈180-200 g)
- 1 bunch fresh herbs (e.g., thyme, parsley, oregano, tarragon)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 l olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash the herbs, shake dry and pluck leaves from stems. Peel the garlic and press it through a grinder. Mix the oil with herbs and garlic and let steep for 2 days.

Drizzle salmon with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, then brush with herb‑oil mixture. Grill each side for about 6 minutes. Serve with fresh mixed salads.
