Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 200 g field salad
- 1 handful fresh herbs (e.g., dill and parsley)
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions

Rinse the salmon, pat dry, and brush all sides with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and grill over medium heat for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Wash, trim, and spin dry the field salad. Arrange on plates.

Whisk together the herbs, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and 4-5 tbsp oil; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the salmon on top of the salad bed and serve with the dressing separately.
