Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes (8 potatoes)
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Garlic cloves
Instructions

Brush potatoes clean under running water and pat dry.

Cut each potato lengthwise in half and brush the cut surfaces with oil.

Place sesame seeds on a plate. Press the cut surfaces of the potatoes onto the seeds.

Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly.

Place 1–2 slices of garlic between two potato halves and tightly wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil. Lay directly on the embers and grill for 30–40 minutes. Serve grilled potatoes with a tasty dip.
