- Lemon juice

Rinse the plaice under running cold water, pat dry and drizzle with lemon juice. Let the fish sit for about 15 minutes, pat dry again and place on the grill grate.

Preheat the grill and cook the plaice sides for about 5 minutes each. Sprinkle the cooked plaice with salt.
