Grilled Pineapple with Honey

Ingredients

  • 600 g pineapple slices (canned, unsweetened)
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey
  • 300 g blueberries

Instructions

    Drain the pineapple slices well and grill them on a hot grill, lightly browning both sides. Wash the mint and shake off excess water.

    Wash the lime, pat it dry, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice. Mix the honey with the lime juice and zest, then drizzle over the grilled pineapple slices.

    Arrange the pineapple slices on a plate. Wash, rinse, and drain the blueberries, then place them atop the pineapple. Garnish with mint leaves.
