Ingredients
- 1 kg pineapple (1 whole pineapple)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 0.5 Vanilla pod
- 300 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp coconut palm sugar

Quarter the pineapple lengthwise and slice into 1 cm thick pieces.

Whisk the honey with the cinnamon, brush the pineapple slices with the mixture, and grill them on a hot grill until golden brown on both sides.

Meanwhile split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Mix the yogurt with lime juice, vanilla seeds, and coconut palm sugar. Arrange the grilled pineapple slices on four plates with the lime yogurt, and sprinkle with lime zest if desired.
