Grilled Perch

Ingredients

  • 4 perch (ready to cook, 300-400 g)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 EL chives
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 4 EL Olive oil
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 0.5 bundle dill
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the fish inside and out, pat dry and make cross cuts in the skin.

    Preheat the grill.

    Peel the garlic, finely chop and mix with chives, lemon juice and olive oil. Rinse lemons, rub dry and slice thinly. Rinse dill, shake dry and tear into small pieces. Salt and pepper the fish inside and out and stuff with lemon slices and dill. Brush each fish with the chive mixture, place in a greased grill tongs, close and put on the hot grill. Grill 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from tongs and serve on plates.
