Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 Celery stalks
- 1 green bell pepper
- 200 g white beans (canned)
- 300 g corn (canned)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 600 ml Vegetable Broth
- 300 ml heavy cream
- pepper (ground)
- 50 g grated cheese

Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Trim, wash, set aside some celery leaves, and cut the remaining celery into thin rings. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and white membranes, and dice the flesh. Drain the beans and corn.
