Ingredients

  • 6 ripe peaches
  • butter (for greasing the dish)
  • 40 g melted butter
  • 80 g Amarettini
  • 200 g plain cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

    Preheat the oven grill.

    Wash the peaches, cut them in half, carefully remove the pits, place the halves with the concave side down in a greased baking dish and brush with melted butter. Put the Amarettinis in a freezer bag, crush with a rolling pin, and fill the peach halves. Cover each with a dollop of cream cheese and bake under the hot oven grill for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the peaches with brown sugar and continue grilling for another ~2 minutes.
