Ingredients

  • 600 g ground beef
  • Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 shallots (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • oil
  • 2 Bell peppers
  • wooden skewer
  • 800 g mixed vegetables (fennel, red onions, potatoes, etc.)

Instructions

    Wash, trim and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Brush with oil and grill slowly for 8-12 minutes depending on type. Season with salt and pepper.

    Knead ground beef, salt, pressed garlic, shallots, paprika powder, and egg yolk together and form into small balls.

    Wash, trim, halve, seed, remove white membranes from bell peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Alternate meatballs and pepper pieces onto wooden skewers, brush with oil, and grill over high heat until golden brown all around.
